LEGAL
Effective: April 21, 2026
Project-specific proposals, service agreements, order forms, or statements of work may contain different refund or cancellation terms. When they do, the signed or accepted project-specific terms control.
Fees for setup, discovery, design, configuration, implementation, customization, integration, or other professional services compensate Q EventFlow for work performed and resources committed. Unless otherwise stated in writing, amounts attributable to work already performed are non-refundable.
Customers may request cancellation of recurring Q EventFlow services by contacting customer support. Unless a different notice period is stated in the applicable service agreement or order, cancellation prevents future renewal charges after the current paid service period. Fees already charged for a current service period are generally non-refundable once that period has begun.
If you believe you were charged more than once, charged the wrong amount, or charged after an effective cancellation, contact us promptly. We will investigate billing errors and issue any refund determined to be due.
When Q EventFlow approves a refund, it will generally be returned to the original payment method. Processing and posting times may vary by payment provider and financial institution.
We encourage customers to contact Q EventFlow before initiating a payment dispute so we can review the transaction, applicable agreement, services delivered, and billing history.
Send your request to support@q-eventflow.com and include the customer or business name, invoice or transaction reference if available, and a brief description of the request. You may also call 404-900-8710 or write to PO Box 28, Rincon, GA 31326.
