Terms of Service

Effective: April 21, 2026

These website terms supplement, but do not replace, any separately executed proposal, statement of work, service agreement, order form, or other written agreement between Q EventFlow and a customer.

Services

Q EventFlow provides business process design, workflow automation, customer acquisition support, scheduling systems, operational systems, integrations, implementation, support, and related professional services. Specific deliverables, fees, timelines, responsibilities, and service levels may be defined in a separate written agreement.

Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for providing timely and accurate information, appropriate access to systems or accounts when required, authorized instructions, and lawful use of Q EventFlow services. Customers remain responsible for reviewing business decisions and outputs where human approval is required by the applicable engagement.

Fees & Payment

Fees are communicated in the applicable proposal, order, invoice, subscription, or service agreement. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, charges are due according to the terms presented at purchase or on the applicable invoice. Recurring services may continue until canceled in accordance with the applicable agreement and our cancellation policy.

Intellectual Property

Each party retains ownership of materials it owned before an engagement. Ownership and licensing of project-specific deliverables, configurations, methods, templates, software, workflows, documentation, and other intellectual property are governed by the applicable written service agreement. Nothing on this website transfers intellectual-property rights except as expressly stated in writing.

Acceptable Use

You may not use Q EventFlow services for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, deceptive, infringing, or unauthorized purposes, or in a manner that compromises systems, accounts, data, or third-party rights.

No Guarantee of Business Results

Q EventFlow designs and operates systems intended to improve business processes and execution. Business results depend on numerous factors outside our control. Unless expressly stated in a signed agreement, we do not guarantee a specific volume of leads, bookings, revenue, savings, or other commercial outcomes.

Third-Party Services

Our services may interact with third-party platforms selected by Q EventFlow or the customer. Availability and performance of third-party services are subject to the providers' terms, policies, technical limits, and service availability.

Disclaimer & Limitation

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, services and website content are provided without warranties not expressly stated in a written agreement. Any limitations of liability contained in an executed agreement control the applicable customer relationship.

Governing Terms

If these website terms conflict with a signed agreement between Q EventFlow and a customer, the signed agreement controls for that customer and engagement.
